RULES & REGULATIONS
• YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH OUR TRAVEL SERVICE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REIMBURSEMENT.
• You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.
• Reimbursement is valid only for designated hotels.
• Call 1.800.528.8700 or click here to make a hotel reservation.
• In order to receive a reimbursement check during the show you must fill out the online buyer hotel reimbursement form.  You will receive a confirmation once your submission has been received.
• Please call 312.527.7759 if you have any questions. You must wait until the last day you are present at the show to claim your check. Reimbursements can be picked up during show hours in the show office when you present a valid receipt.
• Checks that are not picked up by 3:00 p.m. on August 10 will be forfeited.
